WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Regional ecommerce Goals and KPIs: In collaboration with the RWE ECommerce Manager, support with determining the region's ecommerce goals and KPIs utilising group client initiatives such as the Digital Maturity Model. Ecommerce reporting, analysis and recommendation: Utilise the Group client reporting and existing reporting tools to provide a robust set of regional reporting templates and dashboards to communicate our ecommerce performance back to the region on a monthly basis, providing insight and recommendations back to key stakeholders. Champion transforming ecommerce data into actionable insights through in-depth ecommerce analysis including areas such as category performance and key journey conversion to identify opportunities and areas of improvement and communicate those insights with the relevant teams. Proactively work closely with our digital colleagues across the region to advise and support on various ecommerce related reporting matters.
Presenting data insights in a clear and impactful way so that these can be used for decision making. Working closely with the RWE Digital Content Manager and Digital Content Specialist aligning to the regional content optimisation plan, identifying key areas for onsite improvements to achieve best practice and development of the onsite digital user experience. Analytics Tools Configuration and support Provide for the region enhanced ecommerce tracking and optimisation. Be the regional owner and champion for our suite of digital analytics tools including but not limited to; Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Data Studio, Tag Manager and SEMRush. Deliver set-up and iteration of our suite of digital analytics tools to enable streamlined ecommerce insights and dashboard reporting. Regional Google Tag Manager implementation, setup and optimisation. Taking responsibility for the development and mentoring of digital contacts across the region with regard to Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Provide expertise in e-commerce website development frameworks and languages to support the development quality delivery. Market Intelligence and testing Conducting ecommerce market research and competitor analysis for the region on a regular basis. Deliver the ecommerce A/B testing programme; support / help with creating A/B and multivariate tests, advising on sample size, statistical significance, etc. Analytics evolution Play an active role in contributing to the continuous improvement of ecommerce analytics through close collaboration with the Group Client Insight and Analytics department, striving for process improvements such as automation, self-service reporting and periodically reviewing our suite of analytics tools. Key Goals Delivery of ongoing regional ecommerce reporting, analysis and recommendation in line with the stated business objectives and regional content optimisation plan. Implementation of analytics tracking to enable measurement of key user journeys as defined regionally. Define frameworks, processes and tools to ensure streamlined ecommerce reporting and development. Provision of market intelligence and competitor analysis on a quarterly basis. Proactive contribution in defining our regional digital measurement framework. WHAT YOU BRING ALONG Your Mindset: Customer-oriented, and an enthusiastic team player who will bring a positive attitude to the Western Europe region. A problem solver with a passion for all things web analytics, and a desire to learn and grow as part of a team. Able to build strong relationships with colleagues across the regional sales organisations as well as at Group Client in a complex, matrix environment. Ability to analyse data sets and prepare data for presentation to multiple audiences in a compelling way, which drives action across the region. Highly commercial outlook with exceptional problem solving, analytical and numerical skills. Willingness to travel across Western Europe (infrequent). Your Digital Experience: Proven commercial experience with data, analysis and web analytics packages tools. Extensive experience using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager in a commercial setting. Strong experience in dashboard presenting platforms (e.g., Google Data Studio). Experience working with and implementing GA4 would be advantageous. Experience with multiple MVT, A/B, and Analytics tools e.g., Google Optimize would be advantageous. Experience with e-commerce website development using Javascript frameworks, HTML and CSS it is a plus. Understanding of common web and marketing analytics and development best practices. Knowledge of the upcoming changes relating to GA4 and its implementation would be a bonus. Your Overall Experience: Excellent English communication, organisation and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks to a high standard. Minimum 5 years ecommerce / digital analytics experience. Able to work effectively with a range of colleagues and stakeholders.
