Reporting directly to the local CEO with a dotted line to the Corporate Planning & Control manager you will be required to work as an integral part of Ecoiberia and Logoplaste Group team.

Job Summary:
The Financial Director, will manage all financial information for Ecoibéria (and WorldPET, a sister company), ensuring that the Directors of the companies and all stakeholders have a clear understanding of the financial performance of the businesses. In this role the person will be responsible for regular business analysis, coordination of the accounting and preparation of monthly financial reports for the shareholders and Directors of the companies and to support the Ecoiberia team with financial information. In addition, the person will have the responsibility of managing the treasury for both companies and liaison with professional advisors such as auditors, tax and legal consultants.
Key Tasks & Activities...
Business Analysis
Liaises with Ecoibéria (and WorldPET) operations management regarding KPI's, financial results and management results to analyse performance and identify continuous improvement opportunities;
Manages all financial information regarding Ecoibéria (and WorldPET) ensuring that all stakeholders and the Directors have a clear understanding of the financial performance;
Answers questions from the CEO, Directors of the company and the Logoplaste Group financial team on all aspects of Ecoibéria (and WorldPET).
Preparation of regular financial information
Ensures that closing month is performed on time and accurately;
Ensures accurate and timely monthly management information reporting and analysis;
Prepares monthly financial presentations;
Is responsible for budgeting and forecasting requirements including information gathering with the remainder of Ecoiberia teams, information preparation and analysis, and reporting;
Coordinates the external accounting resources and directs the accounting records under the supervision of the Directors
Cash management
Monitors cash flow and forecast future cash flow needs;
Monitor accounts receivables and accounts payables as well as credit risk;
Manages the person responsible for daily cash management;
Is the back-up person for the daily management of the treasury
Liaison with Ecoiberia and WorldPET Teams and professional advisors
Liaises and coordinates work with professional advisors such as auditors, tax advisors, legal & accounting support;
Manages the annual auditing process, being responsible for the annual legal reports;
Coaches local operations on the financial outputs an internal control procedures;
Supports Local Management in day-to-day business;
Provides external advisors with financial information.
Who we are looking for...
Degree in Business Administration, Finance
10 years of experience in Audit, Finance, Controlling (Manufacturing business is a plus)
Technical Skill
Very good knowledge of English
