Job Description We are seeking an EC SuccessFactors Consultant to join our highly motivated and engaged international team. As an SAP HR expert, you will play a crucial role in the business interface with the HR user department. Responsibilities: Serve as an IT expert for SAP HR areas. Act as an EC SuccessFactors Specialist. Provide consultancy and direct support to HR users. Coordinate support topics directly with the vendor. Configure SuccessFactors EC based on projects, changes, or third-level support incidents. Offer comprehensive E2E solution knowledge for IT solutions, services, and products in HR. Apply basic project management knowledge. Utilize agile methodologies. Collaborate with regional solutions teams. Qualifications Education: Studies focused on business informatics, computer science, or comparable education. Experience: Specialist in Employee Central SuccessFactors. Experience and knowledge in Hybrid Architectures. Know-How: Knowledge in SF cross models and platform. Comprehensive understanding of E2E solutions in HR IT. Basic project management skills. Familiarity with agile methodologies. Languages: Very good written and spoken English and Portuguese.
