We are more than 500 consultants with offices in Lisbon, Porto, and Madrid.DECSKILL operates in 3 main areas:DECSKILL TALENT, through which we provide our clients with an extension to their IT teams;DECSKILL BOOST, through which we provide our clients with software development models to increase capacity and optimize Time-to-Market, where we create and manage teams that deliver according to their needs, at the desired speed;DECSKILL CONNECT through which we provide our clients with consulting services, as well as the implementation and management of information technology infrastructures.We are looking for an E-mail Marketing Consultant for a project based in Lisbon.Within that team, the Email Campaign Manager is responsible for the management of email marketing campaigns, website, and the digital journeys; developing content for digital platforms; developing briefings for campaigns; developing email campaigns and newsletters; reporting and data analysis of the communication channel.Responsibilities:Working closely with the business and communication managers to understand the strategy and the needs and propose innovative digital marketing campaigns and solutions.Setup of mass mailing communication campaigns, including newsletters, automated scenarios, segmentation, subscription models, and client database management.Optimization of website content management for digital communication.Ensures optimal interconnection between digital marketing tools (Mass mailing, CMS, surveys), problem identification and solving, in coordination with vendors and IT teams.Analysis of readership data and campaign efficiency; traffic reports; KPI.Proactively propose solutions for better digital client experience.Profile:Experience:MSc or BSc degree in IT, Engineering or a similar degree;Experience working on projects involving Digital Marketing tools (website platform, mass mailing tool, etc.) is a plus;Previous experience in a large-scale financial institution/company is appreciated.Core Technical Skills:Knowledge of mass mailing/email marketing, CMS, surveys tools.Appetite for Digital Marketing topics.Real fluency in English.Proficient command of Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).Strong written and verbal communication.Highly organized and able to multi-task.Very good analytical and synthesizing skills.Flexibility and attention to details.Rigorous, autonomous, and multi-tasking.Capability to work under tight deadlines, excellent time management, and prioritization.If you're interested in this job please send your CV with the reference "FA/Mkt24".Decskill is committed to equality and non-discrimination with all our talents.
