About the Role:
We are seeking an E-commerce Operations Generalist to join our team, specifically located in the Lisbon, Santos Area, Portugal. This is an in-house position where you will work closely with our CEO in person, providing essential support for our current business operations while assisting with new e-commerce initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Order Management: Oversee order processing from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and assist with inventory audits.
Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and issues promptly, providing exceptional service and support.
Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaboration: Work closely with relevant departments to ensure alignment and seamless operations.
Data Analysis: Analyze operational data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
Reporting: Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational success and present findings to management.
Project Support: Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed to support business growth.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in eCommerce operations, logistics, or related fields, showcasing a strong understanding of the industry.
Hands-on experience with inventory management systems and order fulfillment processes, demonstrating effective inventory control and accuracy.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate meaningful insights to drive decision-making.
Proficiency in eCommerce platforms and tools (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, Target) is essential.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, fostering a productive work environment.
Must be based in the Lisbon, Santos area, Portugal and able to commute.
