Job Description
Bosch is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Commercial Manager that will promote the growth of sales and on-site conversion of the regional (Spain) eShop and marketplaces.
Your contribution to something big:

Monitor and optimize the performance of sales and on-site conversion (CVR).
Drive and optimize sales performance of the regional D2C eShop and marketplaces.
Hold responsibility for meeting regional P&L targets and regional D2C eShop and marketplaces sales metrics.
Manage and oversee the implementation of global commercial guidelines on the regional eShop and marketplaces.
Coordinate regularly with the regional head Digital Sales and eShop capability owner, and maintain relationships with the regional marketplaces manager.

Qualifications
What distinguishes you:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
Proven experience in eCommerce, Digital Marketing, or sales in digital platforms.
Entrepreneurial thinking and ability to work self-directed.
Sales knowledge: negotiation skills, customer orientation, key account management.
Strong strategic and analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Fluent in English & Spanish.
Availability to travel.
