Bosch is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Commercial Manager to promote the growth of sales and on-site conversion of the regional (Spain) eShop and marketplaces.
Your contribution to something big: Monitor and optimize the performance of sales and on-site conversion (CVR).Drive and optimize sales performance of the regional D2C eShop and marketplaces.Hold responsibility for meeting regional P&L targets and sales metrics of the regional D2C eShop and marketplaces.Manage and oversee the implementation of global commercial guidelines on the regional eShop and marketplaces.Coordinate regularly with the regional head of Digital Sales, eShop capability owner, and maintain relationships with the regional marketplaces manager.What distinguishes you: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, or Digital Marketing.Proven experience in eCommerce, Digital Marketing, or sales on digital platforms.Entrepreneurial thinking and ability to work self-directed.Sales knowledge: negotiation skills, customer orientation, key account management.Strong strategic and analytical skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Availability to travel.What we offer you: Challenges in an international environment | career opportunities in one of the best companies in the world | flexible hours | medical services | discounts for employees | sports and health-related activities | canteen | good access to public transport | space for creativity.
