Job Description:
E2E Repair Manager to initiate, prepare, launch and monitor any complex repair solution (PDRS) and/or improvement initiative in accordance with program/customer targets (time, cost, quality).
Responsibilities - your mission:
Industrialize the Supply Chain by analyzing and planning industrial lead times & capacity.
Contribute & challenge repair program, mitigation strategy and support development of technical solution.
Contribute to negotiate supplier capacity & cost alignment with material reservation and missing part management.
Finalize material need strategy based on engineering data input while taking logistical rules into account (inventory, volume, supply chain capacities, sales etc.).
Follow-up and monitoring of the deliveries of all ongoing repair projects.
ICB management.
Ensuring early identification of new activities and actively preparing it (ie workload) by participating to daily stakeholder operational meetings and control towers.
Ensuring on time & on quality delivery of all material at an aggregated level.
Handle customer order, IPO & VSF/VSE creation to steer downstream activities on kits only and ensure time delivery on Airbus material parts.
Accountable for adaptation of industrial processes to the repair AOG business: quotes, order handling, order up, logistics arrangements, production robbery, issue resolution and global stock dispatch of material, special transports, managing term recoveries and escalations.
Ensure supply chain solution on repair in accordance with our customer constraints & opportunities and steer the repair embodiment until its completion, managing if necessary the appropriate escalations.
Supports the airline/program for any industrial queries on a repair or PDRS.
Deliverables:
Industrial inputs for Mitigation & Repair Strategy + Supplier negotiation.
BOM scrutiny & LOC validation.
Repair planning & priorities or constraints.
IPO/Ind requirement/e RSP + Production Scheduling.
Repair Dashboards (CQD KPI) and action plan & Cost up.
Risk and Opportunity / lessons learnt management, including associated actions until implementation.
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:
Min. 3 years studies in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
First work experience of approx. 3 years in Supply Chain Environment.
IT tools: Google environment, MS office, SAP (Programming skills and first experience in Skywise application would be a plus).
Additional strength: communication (min. English fluent in speaking & writing), additional languages would be a plus.
Open minded and ability to think outside of the box / High Self Motivation.
Like to work in an international environment.
