YOUR ROLEAs a Network Planning & Optimization consultant, your day-by-day goal will be to improve overall network performance for our customers. Your key activities will include:
Planning and optimization activities for all generations of mobile networks (2G up to 5G);DriveTest Processing, Analysis & Reporting with the most widely used tools (e.g., TEMS Discovery), including E2E logs analysis and optimization;Initial Tuning and Single Site optimization activities for all technologies;KPI Monitoring, Analysis, and Reporting;Network Performance Benchmarking;Parameter inconsistencies check and database correction;Processes automation and data manipulation using BI and Data Science knowledge;Knowledge sharing within the team and technical workshop creation as part of our best practices.YOUR PROFILEDegree in Telecommunications Engineering or similar;Background in communications theory and RF basics, broad knowledge of other wireless technologies such as NB-IoT, VoLTE, WCDMA, and GSM;Know-how in the Mobile Network lifecycle and processes (modernization, swap, roll-out, etc.);Experience in Planning & Optimization processes and tools;Initial Tuning, Single Site Validation, Drive test, Cluster Optimization, Radio Network Planning, Network Audit, KPI Monitoring;Familiarity with tools such as ATOLL, TEMS Discovery, Performance Manager, U2020, etc.;0 to 3 years of experience;English knowledge is mandatory (French or Spanish is a plus);Knowledge in BI, Data Processing, SQL, and Scripting (e.g., Python) is a plus;Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams, and clients;Excellent analytical skills (listening, questioning, challenging, etc.);Teamwork skills as well as a sense of autonomy;Strong communication skills, high sense of responsibility, and dynamism;Willingness to share knowledge through documentation, collaboration, and presentations.WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HEREJoin a multicultural and inclusive team environment.Enjoy a supportive atmosphere promoting work-life balance.Engage in exciting national and international projects.Hybrid work.Your career growth is central to our mission.
