Duty Manager Position Overview
The Duty Manager position is responsible for interacting with guests during the day, co-operating with all operational departments namely:

Front Office
Housekeeping
Food & Beverage
SPA
Maintenance

This collaboration is essential to maintain a sound, safe, and smooth running environment for hotel guests. The Duty Manager will act as a hotel Ambassador, ensuring outstanding five-star guest relations service. This role is involved in producing SOPs and delivering Corinthia brand standards.
In addition, the Duty Manager provides support to the General Manager by handling guest complaints and queries. The responsibilities include:

Providing uninterrupted and safe operations.
Ensuring full satisfaction of all guests.
Making decisions and taking necessary actions to fulfill requests or resolve issues.

All major issues require contacting the General Manager. Additionally, all decisions taken are to be recorded in the Duty Log Book and submitted to the General Manager.
