What does your day-to-day in this role look like as a Travel Sales Advisor:

Active sales advice via telephone regarding the selection of hotels with the aim of successful hotel reservations

Create appropriate offers based on the traveler's wishes and needs, and subsequent direct booking

Receive complaints and actively deal with them accordingly

Professional management of booking changes, as well as any other customer concerns

Requirements

What do you need to be successful at this job?

Fluent in Dutch and good in English

Experience or interest in Tourism and Hospitality, Travel

EU passport/ID or a Portuguese resident card
