What you'll be doing at Webhelp As a Dutch-Speaking Team Leader for a small appliances tech project, you will:
Supervise, monitor, and develop a team of Customer Advisors.Closely monitor the SLA's and KPI's of the project.Guarantee the continuous monitoring and improvement of the KPI's project by identifying performance gaps, analyzing root causes, and developing strategies to improve the results of the team.Lead a team to success by creating an inspiring customer service environment focused on quality and achieving high-level performance.Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.Have a unique opportunity to start working in a consolidated market where you can directly contribute to the company's fast-paced growth and internal progress in different job positions.We'll be a great match if you: Have a high level of Dutch (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2 minimum)Have at least 1 year of previous experience in Team Management (mandatory)Have in-depth knowledge of performance metrics (KPI's)Have good IT skills, especially in MS ExcelHave excellent communication and leadership skillsIf you feel you don't check off every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply either way.
