Your Responsibilities : • Engage with new and existing clients via phone and email, identifying their unique needs and opportunities for growth.
• Manage a portfolio of small business clients, focusing on driving revenue and maximizing their advertising success.
• Conduct deep research into client industries, understanding their challenges, and providing tailored advertising strategies.
• Present and sell customized solutions that meet client goals, overcoming objections and negotiating successfully.
• Proactively monitor and assess campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations to optimize results.
• Become an expert in all advertising products and solutions, advising clients on the best use for their business.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and offer creative ideas to support clients' long-term success.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and ensure clients receive outstanding service.
What You Bring : • Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Proven experience in outbound sales, Telemarketing or digital marketing of minimum 2 years • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze data and craft impactful sales pitches.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
