Your Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Support Specialist , you will: Provide friendly and professional customer support via phone and email.
Listen to customers' questions and concerns and deliver tailored solutions .
Assist with orders, deliveries, payments, and returns .
Act as the point of contact for external sellers , ensuring seamless operations.
Offer guidance on digital products and e-services .
Escalate and route unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
What We're Looking For You'll be a great fit if you: Speak Dutch fluently (written and spoken) and have a good command of English.
Have experience in customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
Possesses strong problem-solving skills and enjoys helping others.
Are a clear and empathetic communicator with a customer-first approach .
Are proficient with basic computer tools and willing to learn new systems.
Compensation & Benefits Salary Package: 1,359 EUR gross/month Training Program : 213.60 EUR per 5 working days Comprehensive training delivered in English.

Work Schedule & Location Hours : 40 hours/week, Monday to Sunday, shifts between 07:00 and 23:00 (8-hour workday + 1-hour lunch break).
