Overview: You will deliver exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with accuracy and respect. You'll be a crucial part of our team, helping to foster collaboration and drive initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical assistance via voice, chat, and email.
Address challenges in a customer-focused environment, ensuring a positive experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to share feedback and develop solutions.
Engage in problem-solving to prioritize customer interests and satisfaction.
Utilize social media platforms effectively to enhance customer engagement.
Communicate clearly and effectively in both Dutch and English, in both spoken and written forms.

Role Requirements:

Bilingual proficiency in Dutch (C1/C2/Native) and English (B2/C1).
Previous experience in customer support, particularly in technical assistance or IT help desk roles.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player in a remote setting.
Adaptability to changes in processes and information.
Willingness to undergo a background screening.
Proven experience in customer communication via email and phone.
Strong familiarity with external systems and software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, internet applications).
