Position: Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Agent

Location: Remote work from anywhere in Portugal

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers by answering their questions and providing solutions.

Troubleshoot issues related to orders, deliveries, payments, and returns.

Act as a point of contact for external sellers.

Escalate issues to other departments when needed.

Requirements:

Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken).

Flexible availability to work in rotating shifts.

Good computer skills.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

EU passport/ID or Portuguese resident card.
