Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative

One of the leaders in the entertainment provider industry is in urgent need of Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join their team in Portugal. You will be the first point of contact for their users who need help with services related to their online social media platform. Your responsibility will include: Provide Excellent Customer Support: Deliver exceptional service to users. Handle Inbound Communications: Manage incoming calls, emails, and other channels professionally, ensuring accurate recording of customer information and understanding their needs. Coordinate Service Requests. Offer Platform Knowledge and Guidance: Providing useful information and recommendations to users. Proactively identify and resolve complaints and concerns, utilising problem-solving skills and empathy to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
