Dutch speaking Customer Service Advisor for Parking App Role: Dutch speaking Customer Service Advisor for European Parking App
Salary: 1040 euro gross per month (including holiday bonus, meal allowance, and night shift allowance) plus free accommodation. Package without accommodation is 1298 euro gross p/m
Working Hrs: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern between Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 20:00h.
The Role: As a Customer Service Advisor, you will represent a European Parking App and be responsible for providing high-quality service to customers who have questions or experience problems with the app through various communication channels. This includes assisting users with technical problems and addressing concerns related to transactions, account management, or app functionality.
Requirements:
Fluent in Dutch and English
Willingness to learn
Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
