Key Responsibilities: Content Review and Assessment: Meticulously review and assess user-generated content, including text, images, and videos, in Dutch.
Ensure all content adheres to established community guidelines and policies.
Identify, flag, and escalate content that breaches guidelines or poses potential risks.
Feedback and Documentation: Provide precise and constructive feedback to content creators about community standards and review decisions.
Maintain comprehensive records of review activities and decisions for reporting and analysis.
Work with cross-functional teams to develop and refine content policies and procedures.
User Interaction: Engage with the online community to foster a positive and safe user experience.
Address user inquiries and concerns related to content reviews in a professional and timely manner.
Participate in community-building initiatives and projects as needed.
