Role Description:

Keeping up to date with Google Ads updates and industry trends to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
Engaging with clients to understand their needs and providing responsive support.
Assisting with the preparation of basic reports on campaign performance and insights.
Working with team members to ensure smooth client interactions and support delivery.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Dutch (native-level) and English (B1 level).
Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and understanding of Meta Marketing.
Previous experience in customer support is advantageous.
High School Diploma.
EU ID/Passport or Residency Card (mandatory).
