Dutch Speaker Content Moderator In Lisbon

Key Responsibilities: Analyze and moderate video content in Dutch, ensuring compliance with community guidelines.Identify and report inappropriate or harmful content.Stay informed about company policies and ensure consistent application.Maintain a high level of accuracy and focus while moderating content.Collaborate with internal teams to improve moderation processes and guidelines.Handle sensitive content professionally and with discretion. Requirements: Native Dutch speaker.Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage sensitive material.Previous experience in a contact center is a plus but not essential (training provided).Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new tools. Work Schedule: Days: Monday to Sunday, working 5 days per week.Hours: Rotational shifts between 7 AM and 11 PM.Total Hours: 40 hours per week.
