Dutch Speaker - Content Analyst

We are seeking a Content Moderator to join our team. The Content Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure that it meets our community guidelines and standards.

As a Content Analyst, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for our users.

What you'll be doing?

Reviewing content (videos, images, text, and audio) in accordance with the processes and policies;

Visually navigate and review text-based comments and user profiles;

Moderate and escalate violations of client policies using internal tools;

Maintain a high level of quality in each case that you review;

Balance priorities of daily workflow tasks in line with client needs.

Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Dutch ;

Intermediate level in English;

Good computer skills;

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;

High School Diploma;

EU passport/ID or a Portuguese resident card (MANDATORY) .
