Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.
Staying update on client's latest offers, policies, and services to provide customers with accurate and timely information.
Exibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction What Were Looking For: Fluency in Dutch (C1 level or above) and advance in English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
