You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the clients' needs and issues are supported! Do you want to know more? Check out below: RESPONSIBILITIES:
Executes complex transactions for NFC customers
Provides guidance to facilitate transaction execution
Develops and communicates mitigation plans for issues identified
Provides escalations that need immediate end-to-end resolution and feedback to customers and internal stakeholders
Assists in legal case support to ensure ability to minimize penalties and decreased customer experience
Provides support to sales on any questions that may arise when a customer is activated
KEY SKILLS:
Language skills: English and Dutch mandatory
Experience in Customer Support and Claims
Good communication skills
OFFER:
Base salary + Meal Allowance: 9€
Direct contract with the client
Schedule: 08H-17H or 09H-18H with a hybrid regime (after the 2nd month)
