As a Customer Support you will: Resolve complex issues related to online orders, ensuring customers receive top-tier consumer electronics Focus on swiftly resolving issues throughout the lifecycle of online purchases, from order placement to delivery and beyond Collaborate with partners to resolve issues Conduct thorough investigations to make decisions affecting customer and partner relationships Maintain records in SAP, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and adherence to KBase protocol for accurate documentation.
