Dutch Insurance Agent

Salary: basic gross p/m Euro 1383 (paid 12x p/a) + Euro 100 gross p/m performance bonus potential and 7.23 net Euro per working day food voucher
Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week rotational between Monday to Friday office hrs
Relocation support: Reimbursement of Airfare up to 400€ after 6 months, Plus availability of subsidised company Apartment (Room in a shared flat) with rent of 280€ (this will be deducted directly from your monthly pay)
The Company Our client is a global outsourcing partner - they currently operate in over 35 different countries worldwide. For their multilingual hub in the beautiful capital city in Lisbon, they are looking to recruit fluent Dutch speakers to join their international insurance team. Full work from home in Portugal is available for this role.
The Role As a Dutch Insurance Agent you will be working for a leading Insurance company for the Dutch and Belgium market. You will receive incoming queries via phone and email in regards to various issues in relation to policy changes, cancellations, claims etc. You will update and process transactions in the policy administration system, and if needed will be writing and sending replies to the insured by email or letter in regards to requested information, contract documents, etc. This is a combination role with both front-office and back-office tasks where good attention to detail and excellent writing skills are needed.
