Dutch Inbound Customer Support Agent In Lisbon

About the Job
We are an international service company specializing in customer experience and business process outsourcing and have over 50,000 employees. As an Inbound Customer Support Agent, you will:

Support partners managing their hotels via phone and email, including tasks such as opening availability, managing calendars, and handling invoices.

Who we are looking for

Fluent in Dutch and English (both spoken and written)
EU passport holder
Empathetic with a friendly demeanor
Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
Enjoys speaking to people and providing assistance
Experience with Windows computers and proficient in multitasking
Able to install the Okta app on mobile phones, with a stable internet connection (cable required), and has a proper working space.
