Profile:
Fluent in Dutch and good English
Active listening skills

Responsibilities:
Provide service-oriented inbound support
Answer customer questions and execute orders on the first contact around the entire Service Retail
Assist with phone banking ID and T-PIN & Postbank app setup
Manage card blocking/unblocking/exchange
Record phishing cases
Accept payment transaction orders
Provide product information
Record complaints
