Dutch fluent Business Travel Consultant
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Working hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 8:00 pm
Training: 3 months in the office 9:00am till 6:00pm
Working model: Up to 3 months B&M based on performance, eligible to move to Hybrid after 6th month on the job
Base salary: 4 000 BGN gross p/month gross
Performance bonus (up to 300 BGN)
Language: Dutch C1, English B2
Contract: permanent
Responsibilities:

High-touch customer care to business travellers embarking on worldwide travel,
Finding solutions for flight, hotels, train-travel and beyond before and during their business trips.
Your help will ensure they fly with ease, arrive fresh for meetings and get back home on time for their family and friends.

Requirements:

Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening.
Fluency in Dutch, both written and verbal
Working level of English
Work experiencein the travel, airline, hospitality or similar industry is an advantage
Be organized, have decision-making and analytical skills
Team player with a great attitude
