Our client is a renowned company located in Lisbon.Tarefas:- Handling all incoming customer requests by phone, email and chat, in line with service standards and procedures, offering excellence and quality of service to customers;- Managing pending situations: exchanges, complaints, returns, among other issues;- Registration in the system of all requests/changes indicated by the client.Requisitos:- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and good understanding of English (B2 Level);- Good computer and internet skills;- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and team spirit;- Client-oriented attitude, with a knack for helping others;- Friendly proactive attitude and great communicator in challenging situations;- Ticket flight refund after 6 months + accommodation during 1 month for people living abroad;- Experience in call center environment (preferred).Condições:We offer:- Employment contract;- Initial and continued training;- Prospects for career advancement;- Excellent multicultural work environment;If you have the requirements and want to work in a fantastic environment, with an enthusiastic team, combining your skills with a company that values them, send us your Resumé.
