Dutch Customer Support – From Home

ManpowerGroup is recruiting a Dutch Customer Support Fashion Advisor to represent our client's brands by delivering outstanding customer service queries with clarity, passion and enthusiasm. The advisor will also answer queries across a number of channels including email, chat, and phone.Your responsibilities:- Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries;- Follow up to customer inquiries by taking specific action in a timely manner;- Aim to resolve issues on the by phone call and be proactive;- Appropriately communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email;- Be able to work to customer service measures, metrics and KPIs.What we are looking for:- Superb written and oral communication skills in both English (B2 level minimum) & Dutch (C1/C2 level);- Team player with a positive attitude who thinks as a business owner would;- Availability to work various shifts;- Proficiency with desktop computer system and internet skills;- Prior customer service experience;- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;- Passion for fashion is a PLUS!What we offer:- Strong possibility of career progression;- Initial and continuous training;- Work contract;- Full-time role on a 40 hour per week contract;- Opportunity to work in a multicultural environment.Mandatory requirements:- Fiber internet (high speed internet) – NO WIFI AVAILABLE ONLY ENTHERNET CABLE;- Peaceful working space area;Location: From Home
