Dutch Customer Support Agent - work from home Lisbon, Portugal Location: Lisbon, Portugal - or work from home in Portugal
Salary: Basic gross p/m Euro 1283 + Euro 100 gross p/m performance bonus potential and 7.23 net Euro per working day food voucher
Working hours: 40 hrs p/week rotational between Monday to Saturday
Relocation: Flight reimbursement + subsidised room in company apartment in Lisbon for rent of 280 euro p/m

Our client is a global outsourcing partner - they currently operate in over 35 different countries worldwide. For their multilingual hub in Lisbon, they are looking to recruit Dutch Technical Support Agents. Full work from home in Portugal is available for this role.
The Role:
As a Dutch Customer Support Agent, you will be working for a mattress company. You will receive incoming queries via phone, email, and live chat regarding various issues. Listening to clients' needs, troubleshooting, and first-time resolution are important.
Requirements:
Fluent in Dutch and English
Ability to multi-task and attention to detail
Salary and Benefits:
