Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, in Dutch, ensuring clear, friendly, and professional communication.Assist customers with product-related questions, order management, and general inquiries.Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system.Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and address common issues.Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed assistance to customers.Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge. Requirements: Native Dutch speaker with strong communication skills.B2 level proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.A genuine passion for helping customers and delivering exceptional service.
