As a customer advisor specialist, your daily responsibilities will include:
Comply with company policies and procedures to meet legal, quality, and business requirements.Ensure the highest level of customer service by responding to all customer inquiries.Provide coverage for the "stock credit", designed to facilitate the financing of the acquisition of new and/or used vehicles by clients.Facilitate the initiation and signing of lines of credit by collaborating with the appropriate parties.Guarantee compliance with regulations and financial conditions during the signing process.Maintain accurate records of all lines of credit and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.Manage financial provisions, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of funds to concessionaires.Verify the integrity and accuracy of the documentation.Complete assigned daily tasks efficiently and on time.Work proactively and independently to meet objectives and goals.To succeed in the role, you will need to have:
