The purpose of the role is to:
Prepare customs entry documentation based on paperwork supplied with the shipment;Check if all customs documentation is completed correctly;Contact customers by phone/email to provide any missing or unclear information necessary to allow customs clearance;Ensure accuracy within a fast-paced goal-oriented environment.You need to be:
Fluent in Dutch (B2/C1) and good knowledge of English (B2);Team player with a can-do attitude;Customer focused with excellent communication skills;Good computer skills including Microsoft Office;Willing to develop in a multinational/multicultural environment.Offer:
