Integrated in the current Distribution Management Team, the Distribution Partner Specialist's main priority is representing and managing the Red Bull business with assigned Distribution Partners (Wholesalers and C&C), achieving growth, driving Red Bull initiatives, and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with the company strategy and priorities, which lead to an increase in Distribution, Execution, and Volume.

Assign sales, distribution, execution, etc. targets to DPs based on business targets (and relevant teams) and follow up on these targets regularly.Regular Trade Visits with DP Field teams to coach DP sales team and unlock distribution and execution opportunities.Analyze the opportunities in the region, take proper action, and implement as needed.Implement systems to track and benchmark DPs against key initiatives/goals.Be a credible beverage business consultant to DPs and customers and act as a category captain by presenting category and Red Bull Potential.Maintain strong working knowledge of all relevant Red Bull systems.Hold DPs accountable for data submission into RB systems to ensure accurate and timely information.Consistently analyze the market data to find gaps or opportunities, by region, in Wholesale distribution. Responsible for obtaining Sell Out data from Wholesalers to analyze performance, improve forecasting, and quantify all planned actions.Guarantee adequate follow-up and regular visits with Wholesale Sales Representatives.Prepare and run effective team meetings, with Sales data, insights, and actions with Wholesale Sales Representatives to execute the agreed targets.Develop working knowledge of geographic and demographic areas in assigned geography.Develop expertise with regards to product competition and distributor competition in respective area.Communicate regularly and work effectively with all internal sales teams (DP Managers, On Premise Manager FIELD TEAM, and marketing teams) to secure full alignment of the sales goals with the DP.Represent the Red Bull brand and values in the best way, including appearance, attitude, and behavior.QUALIFICAÇÕESRelevant experience in FMCG business in sales teams with a clear focus on distribution (horizontal/vertical growth).Strong analytical, planning, and financial skills.Clear understanding of markets, sales and distribution, competitor activity, and consumer behavior in FMCG.Effective negotiation and communication skills.Driving license.Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).Bachelor Degree in Relevant field (Business, Management, Commercial).English, Portuguese.Viagem 30-40%.LOCAL DE BASELisbon, Portugal
