.Our client is a company that is expanding greatly in the energy market and is one of the world's largest methanol producers. They work on EPC projects in various parts of the world.Key Responsibilities:Manage, control, and ensure the structure, forwarding, quality, and security of communications and information within the project, including with clients, suppliers, and consortium partners.Coordinate and ensure compliance with customer requirements governing information, communication, and documentation within the projects.Plan, set up, and coordinate the development of project IT within the framework of the Document Management System (DMS) in use.Collaborate with the IT manager to ensure the operational functionality of the document management system.Manage organizational documentation through its lifecycle, maintaining documents and the document management system.Identify and address the need for various types of documents.Ensure organizational documents undergo a documented and approved review and approval process before release.Establish and maintain internal controls to ensure functional security, accessibility, and adequate distribution of organizational documents.Participate in developing guidelines for designing, reviewing, and storing documentation and promote their application.Manage contracts with external entities responsible for maintaining, developing, testing, and deploying the document management tool in the production environment.Approve the implementation of new functionalities or changes/corrections in the productive environment.Specify access permission requirements for entities and their users in the document management system.Ensure access to and archival of project information.Design, register, and continuously improve processes, procedural sequences, and specifications of the document management system.Compile reports from the Document Management System and support the preparation of project reports.Prepare project instructions related to document handling in coordination with the Project Director.Coordinate, prepare, and approve document supply lists.Monitor the operation of the document management system to ensure it meets project and company needs.Continuously review and ensure compliance with customer requirements based on document status, project specifications, and feedback.Actively coordinate the dispatch of customer technical documentation in collaboration with the engineering department.Report on documentation preparation progress, including recording and reporting execution deviations.Handle and manage related subcontracts, such as final documentation, document copies, and digitization.Ensure users of the Document Management System are aware of its capabilities and use it according to procedures.Propose and provide training to users of the Document Management System.Plan and conduct meetings and presentations related to document management.Experience:At least 5 years of work experience in a similar role
