YOUR ROLE



Create, maintain, and update the Document Control Plan (DCP) to standardize document flow across the organization or project.
Classify, index, and store documents for easy retrieval and management.
Ensure version control of documents, track document revisions, and maintain document history.
Monitor and ensure timely document submission, approval, and distribution to relevant stakeholders.





YOUR PROFILE



Experience with documentation management and control.
Experience with managing translations and publish translated Dita XML files.
Experience with CCMS and translation management within a CCMS system.
Windchill and Arbortext experience is an added advantage.

Nice to Have:

Outgoing personality and good at managing deadlines.
Good stakeholder management skills.
Great communication skills in English (both in writing and orally).
