What you'll do Working on diversity, equity and inclusion assessments and benchmarks of wider organizational practices and processes; Supporting the team in creating positive action interventions to support under-represented groups; Helping implement awareness programs that drive an inclusive culture; Assisting in organizing events and materials that celebrate diversity, equity and inclusion; Analyzing DEI data and analytics to understand and track diversity and inclusion in the organization. What you'll need Higher Education degree in Social Sciences, Human Resources, Management, Public Policy or a related field; Fluency in English and Portuguese (minimum B2); Good MS Office skills; Interest in advocating causes associated with diversity, equity and inclusion; Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
