Your mission:
Lead the sales team of Distributors customers in Portugal, in accordance with the policies and action plans established in the strategic and operational plans to generate demand and ensure the growth of the overall Schneider Electric business in the assigned customers. Distributors work within a large ecosystem of many other customers such as contractors, panel builders, specifiers, electricians and others and in this sense, you will have to guarantee the full coordination and collaboration with the rest of sales teams looking after those customers in the region and, when needed, out of it, to ensure overall Schneider Electric strategic and operational intent.
What will you do?
Ensure that your team members develop and transform themselves to lead the market by transforming the customers assigned to your team as account owners.
Maximize team efficiency by using all digital tools and means, planning their job, prioritizing important tasks, updating their narrative, and adopting the value proposition for the customers under their responsibility, aligning with company mission and values.
Coach your team in internal meetings and accompany them during customer visits.
Maintain a deep knowledge of the business and customer ecosystem of your region to increase market share by covering the right customers through dynamic platforming.
Understand competitors' activities and report them to adapt plans when needed.
Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by closely following customer evolution and leveraging conclusions from satisfaction surveys (NSS and CNPS).
Support your team in deciding the right pricing and commercial strategy for each deal, according to the company Commercial Policy and strategy.
Ensure that your team reports 100% of their commercial activity in the company CRM.
Act as a hinge between the Sales Force and Product, Solutions & Services activities to ensure good customer service.
