Role Responsibilities: Customer Experience Champion: Collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure a consistent, unified, and high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints. Design Strategy Leadership: Prioritize design initiatives, address roadblocks, and provide clear direction as the central design voice during planning.
