Sou uma empresa: The Largo The ideal candidate The DOSM at The Largo is responsible for leading the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies and sales initiatives. The overarching aim of their function is to drive brand awareness to the right audience segments, guest acquisition, and revenue growth. The Largo is a somewhat unusual luxury concept, with authenticity and understatement being a core part of our concept. The successful candidate will be an out-of-the-box thinker, who has an intuitive grasp of the luxury industry, as well as the strategic know-how (and grit!) to pursue a highly considered, bespoke approach to sales. This role is based full time at The Largo, Porto, Portugal. We are looking for a DOSM with international experience and can offer support in visa applications for the right candidate.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.Project management skills — this is a hands-on role!Proven experience in leading marketing and sales initiatives in the luxury hospitality or high-end service industry.Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English, with the ability to effectively convey the brand's vision and value proposition to diverse audiences.Strong analytical skills, as well as proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, to ensure effective decision-making.Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving results.Proficiency in CRM systems and pipeline management — we won't specify a need to know our specific software, as we believe the right person with a good grasp of CRM more generally can learn this quite easily.A keen interest in the travel sector is a huge bonus; a strong network and relationships within the luxury travel industry are also.Working with us:Private healthcare upon completion of probation period, should the candidate become a full-time employee.Regular training tailored to individuals' desired career paths — for this particular role and all other management roles, there is often external training with prestigious partners.Fresh, nutritious meals daily.A supportive work environment.Requisitos:
