Title: Director of Product ManagementLocation: Remote (anywhere near Braga, Portugal)PTW is currently looking for a passionate Product Management Director to join our crew.Purpose of the job:As a Director of Product Management for our Products, you will manage a cross-functional team to establish product requirements, create high-level roadmaps, and oversee delivery execution. You have experience working with customers to gather needs and wants and organizing them by business value. You have experience working with SaaS Products. We are seeking a self-disciplined individual who is enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced startup environment and delivering high-impact features for our SaaS software customers. The right candidate will need to be very organized and be comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment. You should have a coaching and collaborative leadership style.Position in the organization:The Director of Product Management will be part of the Central Technology team and report directly to the Chief Technology Officer at PTW. This position presents the opportunity to grow into a Sr. Director or VP role.Duties and key responsibilities:Perform market research including competitive analysis to help determine our SaaS products' features, market fit and positioning.Engage current and potential customers to learn about their pain points and to find new features and opportunities that will help our products stand out from the competition.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders from Product, Engineering, Design, QA, Marketing and Operations to bring ideas to life.Gather insights on product adoption/improvements, track KPIs, identify key metrics, and propose further iterations.Use market and competitor research to strengthen your convictions about the issues you want to address, then share your convictions with the product and engineering team to help them create solutions of the highest caliber.Own the development of the overall product strategy and product roadmap, with on-time and successful implementation of the tools.Manage engagement with internal and external stakeholders. Customers need to feel heard and happy.Successfully manage sprints from planning to completion, ensuring the team is fed plenty of work and not stalled or blocked.Oversee a team of direct and indirect reports and ensure the team feels happy and appreciated.What we're looking for:Knowledge, experience, and skills:Experience running a Scrum-based team, including Standup, Planning, Estimation, Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming.Experience using market research to gather requirements and compare against competition.Experience with SaaS-based web application products in the B2B space.Knowledge of Kanban method of project management.Management experience, leading and growing a team in product marketing/management.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build relationships within our team and with external groups rapidly.Strong understanding of features and technology that impact customer experience.Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.Experience of going through a full product lifecycle, integrating data, metrics, and customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution.Results-oriented self-starter with a bias to speed, and a strong sense of ownership.Proven track record working with globally distributed cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.Analytical, Time Management and decision-making skills.Strong attention to detail.Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both in writing and verbally.Qualifications:B-tech or MBA with relevant experience.10+ years of experience in a similar role, building web applications.Competitive SalaryAll other full-time employees benefitsThe opportunity to work with video games pioneers creating cutting-edge interactive entertainment.Who we are:PTW is a boutique games services company that provides custom solutions worldwide.
