MISSION:United Hospitality Management is seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives across our portfolio of properties. The Director of Marketing will act as the primary support for property marketing teams, ensuring alignment with the company's overall brand strategy while tailoring local campaigns to the unique needs of each property. This role requires both a strategic mindset and hands-on execution in multiple marketing channels. The Director of Marketing will be responsible for driving revenue growth, increasing brand visibility, and enhancing guest engagement through integrated marketing efforts, both at the corporate and property levels.Responsibilities:Strategic Marketing Leadership:Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for United Hospitality Management, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.Provide strategic guidance and support to property marketing teams, helping them design and implement marketing plans that drive guest acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.Work closely with senior management to identify market opportunities, new initiatives, and strategies to enhance brand awareness across all properties.Property Marketing Support:Serve as the primary point of contact and resource for property-level marketing teams, providing them with the tools, resources, and strategies needed to successfully execute local marketing initiatives.Review and analyze property-specific marketing plans, making recommendations for optimization and alignment with corporate objectives.Collaborate with property teams to create customized marketing strategies that address local market conditions, target demographics, and seasonal demand fluctuations.Brand Management & Consistency:Ensure that all marketing efforts are consistent with United Hospitality Management's brand identity, values, and messaging across all properties.Monitor the use of branding guidelines and materials, ensuring brand integrity across online, offline, and third-party channels.Lead the development of marketing materials, including digital assets, print collateral, and in-property promotions, to maintain cohesive messaging.Digital Marketing & Online Presence:Oversee digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to enhance visibility and drive direct bookings.Collaborate with property marketing teams to optimize their websites, ensuring a user-friendly experience and maximizing conversion rates.Analyze and report on digital marketing performance, leveraging data to refine strategies and improve campaign results.Content Creation & Campaign Development:Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, incorporating content marketing, paid media, and public relations to drive awareness and engagement.Work with creative teams and external agencies to produce high-quality marketing content, including videos, blogs, newsletters, and social media posts.Support properties in planning and executing local events, promotions, and partnerships that drive foot traffic and guest loyalty.PR Strategy Development:Define and implement the companies public relation strategy ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals including building and maintaining strong relationship with media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers to secure positive coverage.Overseas the creation of press of press releases, articles, interviews, and other PR-related content to promote companies initiatives and products including planning and executing press events, conferences, and other promotional activities to maximize positive brand exposure.Revenue Growth & ROI Analysis:Develop marketing strategies aimed at driving room occupancy, F&B sales, event bookings, and ancillary services, ensuring alignment with revenue management goals.Track marketing KPIs and ROI on campaigns, providing regular performance reports to senior leadership.Identify and implement cost-effective marketing solutions that maximize return on investment across multiple properties.Collaboration & Cross-Functional Partnerships:Work closely with the Revenue Management, Sales, and Operations teams to align marketing efforts with pricing strategies, promotions, and guest experience initiatives.Foster strong relationships with property General Managers, ensuring open communication and collaboration on local marketing efforts.Develop partnerships with external vendors, influencers, and industry stakeholders to enhance marketing opportunities.Team Development & Leadership:Ensuring close collaboration with property teams while overseeing the overarching marketing strategy for United Hospitality Management.Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, at property level, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and performance.Organize regular training and development sessions for property marketing teams to keep them informed of industry trends, tools, and best practices.Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across projects and properties.Key Requirements:Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (master's degree or MBA is a plus).7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies across multiple locations.Experience working with luxury, boutique, or full-service hotel brands.Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.Expertise in branding, content creation, and campaign development across online and offline channels.Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.Ability to analyze data, interpret marketing performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand financial reports and manage budgets effectively.Experience in working with hotel property management systems (PMS) and marketing automation tools.Knowledge of luxury or boutique hospitality markets.Experience with CRM platforms and guest loyalty programs.
