Director of Integration Engineering | Financial Services/ Enterprise Software: The role: Reviva are working with a RegTech leader on an exclusive basis for a Director of Integration Engineering.
The business grew substantially in 2024 and has no plans of slowing down.
The next piece in the puzzle is a Director of Integration Engineering.
The role will be to lead the integration of systems, operations, and processes to their customers.

Location: Lisbon - ideally 2/5 days in this office.
Requirements: Strong experience as an Integration Engineer/ Systems Engineer or similar, who has worked on integrations.
Subsequent Integration/ Systems Management experience, including management of Engineers and strategic oversight.
Experience in the Finance or Enterprise Software sectors is essential.
Experience with cloud-based technologies and systems management - Kubernetes (K8S) is preferable, as well as OpenSearch.
Analytical thinker focusing on data-driven decisions.
Excellent people management and client relationship building.
