Please do not contact the recruiter directly.This position reports to IS Manager.Your role and responsibilitiesDirector of Governance / IS Portfolio Manager oversees critical functions within the unit across Governance and Finance functions, closely collaborating with Human Resources, Procurement, and Legal departments, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, and optimizing resource allocation. This role requires an executive presence, strategic demand/supply balance management, methodology compliance for large-scale projects, budgeting processes experience, and legal documentation reviews such as Statements of Work (SOW) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs). It also requires managing the interdependencies supporting specific business strategies and objectives and communicating the outcomes and associated benefits to all levels of stakeholders within and outside of the organization. Your responsibilities include:In coordination with key stakeholders, define the scope of work, cost/budget, required resources, schedule, and detailed work allocation for the projects within the portfolio's programs.Builds a continuous improvement environment by proactively collaborating with key business stakeholders to support an ongoing program of change to improve consumer-oriented services, processes, and products, as prioritized based on business needs within the portfolio.Ensures that projects within the program follow a sound methodology and execution practices are following standard ABB internal directives and procedures and that appropriate ABB IS project management standards and methods are followed.Performs capacity and demand management at the team and program levels to ensure the team is ready to meet strategic objectives.Defines and manages organization and governance, aligning responsibilities and accountabilities with internal and external stakeholders.Provide the program with methodology and standards to which they should adhere to achieve program targets and objectives.Sets standards for and participates in reviewing all program-related contracts, i.E., SOWS, RFPs, HR issues, etc.Qualifications For The RoleBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Technology, or a related field. Master's degrees and MBAs are highly desirable.7-10 years of experience leading IT projects and programs (ERP, Infrastructure, Manufacturing Execution Systems, Software Deployment, etc.) and minimum of 5 years as Senior Manager or Director level.Experience budgeting and executing large-scale and complex programs and ongoing support activities with CAPEX above $20M.Project Management/Agile certifications (e.G., ITIL, PMP, Prince2, Agile, SAP Activate, etc.) are required.Candidates should understand financial statements, cost-benefit analysis, and resource allocation to optimize budget utilization
