Director of Food & BeverageContemporary Restaurant & Hotel Group Lisbon€65,000 - €75,000 plus incentivesThe Role:This is a new opening coming to Lisbon - a huge operation which will see you hold full operational accountability for up to 10 outlets within this hotel space, consisting of 4 Restaurants, 4 Bars, Counter and Café Space. This role will see you spearhead the project with the support of the London team – you will work alongside the hotel as a partner providing the F&B services. You will Recruit, Train, Develop the team and aim for operational excellence and commercial success. This isn't the clients fist rodeo, so you are working with a solid play book but now entering a new market. We are looking for someone who understands Lisbon and the Portuguese culture but can bring the standards of chef led restaurants from an international grounding to the table. The Ideal Candidate:The ideal candidate will possess strong background in high quality dining and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences – we will need to see both Standalone Quality Restaurant and Hotel experience.Portuguese speaker – fluent!Within the business you will be a hands-on, proactive and enthusiastic leader, injecting your personality into your work and inspiring the team to deliver an unrivalled guest experience.What they can offer you:The usual trimmings apply but outside of this if you thrive in a collaborative, work hard, kind environment then this is the place for you.
