Director Of Engineering

.As the Director of Engineering, you provide technical leadership and architectural direction for our products. You will be responsible for overseeing all engineering activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality. You will work closely with the Product Management team as well as the Executive team to align engineering initiatives to the company's strategic goals. First and foremost, you will lead by example. You're a fast learner, deeply technical, and able to dig into any problem with minimal direction to design and present logical solutions. You are a data-driven decision maker who always supports your proposals with empirical evidence. You have an innate understanding that the technical environment should ultimately achieve business goals
