Essential Requirements:Bachelor's DegreeProven track record of leading large, complex change initiatives in a global organization.Extensive experience in developing and implementing communication strategies at a senior level in a global organization.Significant experience and skill in presenting to C-suite/executive level clients through written and verbal channels.Demonstrated strong communication and relationship-building skills with experience in collaborating and sharing knowledge between teams.Experience in considering risks, evaluating alternatives, and encouraging input from others to effectively make decisions and plan mitigation tactics.Comfortable and skilled in operating in a complex operational matrixed organization across diverse, global teams.Excellent business engagement and business acumen with sensitivity to internal and external political/economic environments.Desirable Requirements:Change Management CertificationCommunications CertificationManagement Consulting experienceExperience in the pharmaceutical industry or equivalent global and complex organization; experience working within a quality and compliance environment and application of policies, procedures, and guidelines.
