What You'll Be Doing
Manage and mentor a team of Data Analysts and Business Process Analysts providing guidance on best practices, project execution, and professional development.
Oversee the delivery of digital transformation projects and ensure that they are on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with IT, business units, and external partners to design and implement tools to automate processes, enhance data visibility, and support business goals.
Lead efforts to optimize business processes through automation and data-driven solutions.
Oversee the development of dashboards and reporting tools that provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.

What You'll Need
Bachelor and/or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in applications engineering, software development, or digital transformation, with a focus on business process improvement and data analytics.
3+ years of management experience, leading teams of analysts and engineers.
Strong understanding of digital transformation strategies, including automation, cloud-based solutions (Salesforce, SAP), and advanced analytics.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
